How does Keys^® work?
Keys^® is our cloud-based app that you can access via any web browser including your laptop, smartphone or desktop. It\’s specifically designed for the unique needs of clinicians to centralize and maintain your lifelong professional achievements, licensure, and CME.
We make the process for you to complete credentialing forms and submit credential packages at a new facility or re-credential at your current workplace as fast and simple as the click of a button.
With Keys^®, you simply upload your personal and professional information in your secure, private account. We help you stay on top of license expirations, continuing education requirements and other important administrative details so you can spend more time doing what you care about. Your documents are backed up and secured for 24/7 access and we continuously monitor and report on upcoming expirations, renewals and continuing education requirements.
What do I need to get started?
Getting started is easy! Simply complete our signup form for the plan based on your clinical specialty: physician or non-physician. You\’ll receive an email from your assigned account manager within 1-2 days to walk you through the account setup process.
Your account manager will ask you for copies of any credentialing checklists you have been given and will be available to assist you with uploading copies of all of your credentials and adding any designated agents to your account.
Depending on how many credentials and checklists you have, the process to complete account setup takes between 1 to 5 business days. After your account is setup, adding new credentials is as easy as taking a picture from your smartphone.
What are your fees?
Introductory Pricing
We\’re charging non-physician clinicians a $120 one time setup fee and physicians pay a $300 one time setup fee. For our launch, we\’re offering lifetime subscriptions for free.
Facility Plans
Bring all of your clinical talent\’s information into one, real-time dashboard so you can see who\’s current, who\’s got a missing or expiring credential, and access all of their credentialing documents on demand. We save you time and ensure your staff is fully compliant and on top of their continuing education.
Organizations pay an initial setup fee based on the number of clinicians in your organization and any custom software development or integrations you require. Then you\’ll pay an annual recurring fee based on the number of clinicians in your organizations. What\'s included in the fees?
The one time setup fee includes setting up your account with your credentialing checklists and basic personnel information. Once your account is setup, we assign a dedicated account agent to assist you with uploading your credentials and making sure you are comfortable using the software to track and share your credentials. This is a one-time fee to setup a new account.
The $0 annual service includes full access to our software-as-a-service (SaaS) to securely store, track and share your credentials. Our software monitors expiring documents and notifies you via email and sms/text when you are nearing an expiration date. You can create credentialing packages to email and print, track continuing education and organize research and other professional achievements. Our tool enables you to select from standard forms like the Texas Standardized Credentialing Application (TSCA) and have it auto-complete with your data. You will also receive a designated account manager who is available via phone and email anytime you have a question or need help. We provide everything you need to automate credentialing so you can spend less time on paperwork.
What are your refund and cancellation policies?
Refunds
We haven\’t had anyone ask to leave yet – but if for any reason, you\’re not satisfied with us within the first 30 days of signing up, we\’ll issue you a full refund of any setup and subscription fees paid us.
After 30 days, we will prorate the refund based on the amount of time left in your current subscription and minus any setup fees.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties for early cancellation. Depending on the length remaining in your contract, you may receive a partial refund.
If you do choose to leave, you will also be able to download a full copy of all the credentials and other files you\’ve stored in the system. This is your data and we will never hold it hostage or make it difficult for you to retrieve it. Our goal is to make your work better by reducing and automating boring administrative paperwork, whether you\’re one of our customers or not.
